Class times:
TUESDAY 20.00 - 22.00
(grappling,boxing)
THURSDAY 19.30 - 21.00
(open mat session)
SATURDAY 13.00 - 15.00
(BASICS CLASS: grappling, muay thai)
SUNDAY 12.00 - 14.00
(wrestling, mma sparring)
For classes, just bring a tee-shirt and shorts to train in, and to spar you must have a gum-shield.
Showers and changing rooms available.
NOTE: after attending classes for a couple of weeks, membership/insurance costing £20 for the year is compulsory.
